This simple DIY hippy fringe vest and headband are great for a music festival or even Halloween! I just made my DIY hippy fringe vest and headband out of a plain T-shirt. You could also make them out of an old band T-shirt! That is totally on my to-do list.
First, just cut off the sleeves and neck. Then, cut it down the middle. Cut a one-inch strip off of that. That strip will be your headband.
Continue to cut one-inch strips, but stop cutting where you would like all of your fringe to end on your vest.
