Eggnog French Toast is so delicious, and it has quickly become a holiday tradition in our home. The best part is – there are just two ingredients!
Every bit of Eggnog French Toast tastes like the holidays to me. Unfortunately Eggnog is only usually available Oct-Dec where I live, so be sure to enjoy this recipe whenever you can get your hands on Eggnog.
The Eggnog you use in the recipe shouldn’t matter. I prefer to use a dairy-free Eggnog, and it works perfectly. There of course are lots of different flavors of Eggnog, so just use whatever you prefer!
- Pour some Eggnog on a plate and coat both sides of your bread with it.
- Place the bread on a buttered frying pan and flip once that side of the bread is golden and cooked.
- Cook the other side.
- Serve with powdered sugar and syrup.
