Gluten-Free Chicken Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
- 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs or gluen-free oats
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients well in a bowl.
- On parchment paper or a well-oiled pizza tray, flatten your chicken mixture into your desired shape. The flatter it is, the crunchier it will be.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until througholy cooked through.
- If making Ceasar Salad Chicken Pizza, top with Ceasar salad dressing and salad. If making a pizza with sauce and cheese, add your toppings and then broil on low for a few additional minutes.
