
These are so yummy! I made them the other day when I kept seeing pumpkin pastries popping up all over the place. I obviously made them gluten-free so I could eat them!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Gluten-Free Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 Beaten Eggs
1 Cup Applesauce
1 Can Pumpkin
Gluten-Free Cream Cheese Frosting
Recipe:
1. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
2. Mix in wet ingredients.
3. Bake in baking dish at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Let cool, then top with frosting.
