I am so in love with Maui! It is truly the most beautiful place I’ve ever been to. The scenic roads with the lovely mountains to one side and the cliffs and beaches to the other side will take your breath away.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Maui which has awesome pools and beaches. We had a ground floor room, so we were able to walk out our back door right to the pools. The hotel also had some gorgeous gardens with swans and flamingos.
We went to a luau at the hotel, and it was so much fun! The food and drinks were delicious, and the entertainment was unlike anything I’ve ever seen.
We also went on a sunset cruise in Maui, and really enjoyed the two-hour boat ride. The sunset hitting the water was so romantic, and the crew pampered us with drinks and appetizers the whole ride.
We went to several yummy restaurants during our stay, but our favorites were probably the local Hawaiian restaurants Aloha Mixed Plate, Hula Grill, and Mama’s Fish House. Aloha Mixed Plate and Hula Grill were very reasonably priced, while Mama’s Fish House was definitely on the expensive end.
