Miss Augusta Dinner Cruise Review

I recently went on a Miss August Dinner Cruise with my family, and we had a great time! We all enjoyed the food, and the delicious Missouri wine offered at the bar, and found the cruise to be relaxing and fun.

The Miss August boat picks up the Klondike Park Boat Ramp but you will need to take its complimentary shuttle from Mount Pleasant Winery as cars parked at the park could receive a ticket. The shuttle was easy to find, and it was a pretty drive.

The yacht is absolutely beautiful. The dining room is where you will eat dinner and it is on the bottom level. There are windows to both sides where you can enjoy the scenery. We actually saw bald eagles during dinner!

Then there is an upper level with additional settings and an additional bar. The top level is totally open with lots of seating as well.

We first got our drinks, and I loved all of the Missouri wine options. Drinks are not included in the cost, so you will need to start a tab or pay at the bar. We took the drinks to the top level and enjoyed the scenery. When dinner was ready, we went to the dining room for dinner.

I thought the food was very good and appreciated them noting that I was gluten-free.

After dinner, we sat out on the deck and enjoyed the views while the ship sailed home.

It was a very fun evening and I would certainly recommend it to anyone interested. In addition to dinner cruises, Miss Augusta offers private events, lunch cruises, afternoon cruises, and sunset cruises.
