Santa Veggie Tray | Christmas Appetizer Idea
Ingredients
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped red peppers
- 1 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup ranch
Instructions
- Put a bowl of ranch in the center of a large round plate.
- On top of the ranch, make the Santa hat out of your sliced red peppers. Use your mozzarella pearls to make up the fluff at the rim and tip of the hat.
- In your ranch, use two black olives to make Santa's eyes, a tomato to make his nose, peppers to make his mouth and cauliflower to make his beard.
