Chicken Parm Zucchini Boats
Ingredients
- 4 zucchinis
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 23 oz jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Brown your ground chicken and season with salt and pepper. Drain the chicken once it is browned.
- Add your marinara sauce to the chicken, and then add 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella. Mix well and let simmer.
- Remove the tops of your zucchinis, and then slice in halves. Deeply scoop out the insides of the zucchinis.
